About Us

Jane Roesch has years of experience in the sales industry and most recently managing a Business Development Center for her family’s car dealerships outside of Chicago. The family business started in 1923 and they are very proud to continue providing great customer service and building their business with repeat and referral customers. Jane is also building her business, Cabo Rentals by Jane, with the same belief which is providing the best customer service and making sure everyone has a great experience. She is also proud to say her business is continuing to grow consistently because of repeat and referral customers.

Ashley Tuvalu has been with Cabo Rentals by Jane as a key team member since 2017.   She has many years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Ashley graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Management. Prior to starting with Cabo Rentals by Jane, Ashley had many roles at Tonto Verde Golf Club in Arizona, including managing and training staff, coordinating all special events and much more.

With Cabo Rentals By Jane, Ashley plays a key role as Jane’s Executive Assistant. She is wonderful working with owners and guests to make sure their experience is a very positive one. In addition to her amazing people skills she is also a technology guru.

Ashley and her husband reside in Mesa, AZ with their 3 young sons, Logan, Slade and Lennox.

Kailey comes to us as the new Accounts Manager. Kailey is a Speech-Language Pathologist by trade, but has stayed home with her two small children, Brooks (3) and Sloan (1) since 2020. Her excellent communication, organizational and detail-oriented skills make her a great fit for this position.

Kailey and her family recently moved to Arizona from Nebraska and are loving the transition so far. In her free time, she likes to run, cook, go on hikes with her family and explore all of the new activities Arizona has to offer!

In search of an additional member to her growing business, Jane thought of Liz Danyi, and added her to the team. Liz is a retired Elementary School Principal who brings administrative and people skills to CaboRentalsbyJane.

Liz and her husband Sonny moved to Arizona after living in Las Vegas for many years. They like to travel, golf, and enjoy all the beauty and activities Arizona has to offer.

Joel Marroquín has more than 10 years of experience in guest service, having most recently spent more than 5 years as personal concierge at Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa Los Cabos. He has an extraordinary passion for connecting with people and possess a genuine curiosity for hearing guest’s journey. He also enjoys learning their likes, dislikes, and creating memorable experiences that they can’t get anywhere else in Cabo. This all translates perfectly to his role as our “Personal Concierge”.

Joel and his wife Jacqueline have a beautiful daughter, love to walk and swim on the beach.
