The Sea of Cortez is rich in many varieties of fresh fish and seafood, from a simple fish taco to a decadent Lobster Thermidor. Ranch style Mexican cooking highlights Sonoran beef filets, ribs and cuts marinated in savory spices. If you desire a break from Mexican food, try one of the cuisines of Italy, France or Japanese sushi. The restaurants offer many styles and settings including bistros, cafes, American and Mexican chains, beach restaurants, beach bars, and upscale dining rooms. We recommend reservations during the high season. Remember that most restaurants will not bring the check before you request it. Simply say “la cuenta, por favor” and you will be on your way shortly.
